Audi Q3 Vail Concept going to Detroit

Audi Q3 Vail Concept

The German based automaker Audi is planning to reveal its Q3 Vail Concept at the upcoming 2012 Detroit Motor Show.

Even if the car manufacturer didn’t release any official details about the Audi Q3 Vail Concept, which will be officially presented to the public at the upcoming 2012 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, the prototype will actually open a new path for the Q3 crossover. According to the car manufacturer, the Audi Q3 Vail Concept is the first step into adding new bodies on the Q3 crossover model, which will be targeted against the popular Range Rover Evoque.

The Audi Q3 Vail Concept is expected to use the same platform and technological package as the Porsche Cajun and the first model to hit the market will be a three-door crossover, based on the Q3, which will rival the Range Rover Evoque. Sadly we don’t have any extra details on the upcoming Audi Q3 Vail Concept but the German based automaker will definitely say more about its latest creation once the model will be officially presented at the upcoming 2012 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, but the car manufacturer will do just that, you can watch the first sketches in the images posted below this article. Enjoy!
