Pagani Huayra – new images released

Pagani Huayra

The Italian based automaker Pagani has just released some new official images of the Huayra supercar.

The successor of the Pagani Zonda, the Huayra, is here for quite some time, and even if we don’t get a lot of news with it, when we do it’s like opening a Christmas present. Pagani has recently placed the newest supercar in its lineup, the Huayra, into the spotlights once again, by releasing new official images of it. Just like its “father”, the Zonda, the Huayra is using a Mercedes AMG V12 engine which is developing an impressive output for an even more impressive price: 1,150,000 USD.

As a reminder, the Pagani Huayra is powered, just like we said above, by a Mercedes AMG V12 engine, fitted with dual turbocharges, generating a total output of 700 horsepower and 1.000 Nm of torque (740 lb-ft). The unit is allowing the supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3.5 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 370 km/h (230 mph). The supercar is capable of withstanding 1.5g of lateral acceleration and its engine is mated to a seven-speed sequential transmission. The Pagani Huayra has been in production since 2011 and it’s a rear mid-engine layout with rear-wheel drive.
