Infiniti Electric Sports Car Concept teased ahead of its debut

Infiniti Electric Sports Car Concept

Nissan’s luxury brand Infiniti has decided to tease its latest creation, an electric sports car concept, ahead of its official debut at the 2012 Detroit Motor Show.

The fact that Nissan is planning to introduce an electric sports car concept hidden under the Infiniti badges at the 2012 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit is no longer a surprise, but it seems that the Japanese based automaker wants to play on the same level as its rivals, and what better way to attract the attention on a new model, even if that model might turn out to be a hideous creation, than by teasing it ahead of its official debut.

According to the car manufacturer, the vehicle shown in the teaser image above this article is actually an Infiniti electric sports car concept, which is supposed to offer sophisticated driving experience from an electrically-powered vehicle. But rather than talk about the performance of this vehicle or the interesting things fitted on it, Nissan’s luxury division didn’t even gave the model a name yet so we don’t actually know anything about it. More details on the Infiniti electric sports car concept will emerge once the model will be officially presented to the public at the 2012 Detroit Motor Show.
