Bugatti Veyron Super Sport going to Geneva

Bugatti Veyron Super Sport

Bugatti will present its Veyron Super Sport at the upcoming 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March.

Even if the model has been already sold out, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is an important presence to every major automotive event and the hypercar will be officially presented to the public at the Geneva Motor Show in March, 2012. According to the guys over at autoblog.nl, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport will get an upgraded version of the model, and even if we don’t exact have details on it, the prototype has already been tested in Europe and it’s expected to carry on as the world’s fastest production vehicle. The new model might actually be presented to the public at the same Geneva Motor Show in March.

As a reminder, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport edition has an impressive increase from the standard 1.001 horsepower to a total output of 1.200 horsepower and a peak torque of 1.500 Nm (1.100 lb-ft). The Super Sport has a revised aerodynamic package and it was first seen at the 2010 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. The top speed achieved by the Bugatti Veyron Superr Sport was 431.072 km/h which is translated into 267.856 mph. The production models have been electronically limited to “just” 415 km/h (258 mph) to protect the tires.
